When a Duke is not pleased with the beer from his own kitchen, what does he do? Create his own. That is was what Wilhem V, the Duke of Bavaria did in the early 1500s and created the popular bar and restaurant chain, Hofbräuha.

Guests to Munich now have the pleasure to dine in a bar and restaurant almost 500 years old. One of the most beguiling attractions at this popular eatery, is the carvings and initials engraved in tables over 100 years old.

A friendly and comfortable atmosphere awaits at Hofbräuha where personalities collide and the exciting adventures begin.  Dine in the restaurant where the tastiest German cuisine awaits.
